For the first time ever, Christopher Cellars is teaming up with Perlegos Family Wine Co. and Heleje Wine Co. for an unforgettable evening of wine, live music, and community. Each winery will pour three featured wines that showcase their signature styles and together, they’re offering guests a rare chance to preview the future of their cellars.

The highlight of the night? A blind barrel tasting challenge. Each winery will thief one wine straight from barrel to serve as their mystery wine. Guests will have the opportunity to taste and identify the varietal, with a prize awarded to the first correct guess.

Christopher Cellars

About Christopher Cellars -At Christopher Cellars, every bottle begins with a hands-on commitment—from vineyard to glass. Located in Elk Grove, California, between Lodi and Downtown Sacramento, our small, family-owned winery is run by husband-and-wife team Chris and Candice Mora, who craft each wine side by side. Our winemaking philosophy is rooted in low-intervention techniques that let the fruit speak for itself, showcasing the vibrant character of the Lodi Appellation.

Our wines are a true reflection of the people and places behind them. We work closely with trusted growers and treat every lot with care, aiming for elegance, balance, and authenticity over flash or fuss. Our portfolio ranges from classic favorites like Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon to more adventurous, small-lot bottlings such as Grüner Veltliner, Carignan, and Cinsaut—each made to be shared with food, friends, and families.

Perlegos Family Wine Co.

About Perlegos Family Wine Co. -Perlegos Family Wine Co. embodies the fusion of Mediterranean inspiration and California terroir.Founded by brothers Jeff and John Perlegos, the winery focuses on crafting wines that are elegant, food-friendly, and expressive of their origins.

Their vineyards, such as the Stampede Vineyard and Thera Block, are farmed with an emphasis on sustainability and respect for tradition. The wines are produced using native yeasts, neutral oak, and minimal intervention to preserve the natural character of the grapes and instill in them a sense of place. Signature offerings include a still & sparkling Assyrtiko—the first of its kind in the U.S.—ancient vine Zinfandel from the historic Stampede Vineyard and a range of reds that highlight Lodi's potential for Mediterranean varieties. Perlegos Family Wine Co. invites wine lovers to experience the harmony of heritage and innovation in every bottle.

Heleje Wine Co.

About Heleje Wine Co. -At Heleje Wine Co, everything starts in the vineyard. Our wines are made to be shared—with good food, good friends, and the people you love most. We grow distinctive Mediterranean grape varieties using regenerative farming practices that prioritize the health of our land and community. Nestled along the Mokelumne River, our vineyards bask in hot days and cool, breezy nights—conditions that let the fruit ripen slowly, bringing vibrant acidity and ripe, expressive flavors to every bottle.

“Before we were winemakers, we were farmers. And before that? Chefs. “

With decades of experience in fine dining kitchens, Jacob and Shauna Des Voignes have brought their passion for flavor and quality from the plate to the glass. Just like every great dish starts with the best ingredients, they believe exceptional wine starts with exceptional fruit. That’s why Heleje wines are made exclusively from estate-grown grapes—lovingly farmed by Jake and Shauna’s family for over three decades.

Spend the evening strolling the winery grounds, sipping wine, enjoying delicious food from a local food truck, and listening to live music as the sun sets.

Tickets: $30 – Includes twelve 1 oz pours, featuring nine curated wines and three exclusive blind barrel tastings.
