Join us for our take on Oktoberfest as we celebrate the German and Austrian side of the Christopher Cellars portfolio with an afternoon of wine, traditional German-inspired food and live music.
We’ll be featuring four wines that showcase some of the lesser-known European varieties we love working with:
2025 Bacchus
An aromatic German variety and one of the more unique wines in our portfolio.
2025 Kerner
A German crossing known for its expressive aromatics, bright fruit and refreshing acidity.
2025 Grüner Veltliner
Austria’s signature white grape, known for its crisp acidity, citrus, minerality and characteristic white-pepper notes.
2024 Zweigelt
Austria’s most widely planted red variety. Our expression is bright, juicy and incredibly food-friendly—a red that’s right at home with a slight chill.
Come taste through the lineup, learn a little more about these varieties and discover a side of German and Austrian wine that goes well beyond what you might expect.
German Food by Essen
We’re excited to welcome Essen – A Taste of Germany, a German food truck specializing in hearty German comfort food. Their menus feature favorites such as bratwurst, schnitzel, currywurst, German potato salad, sauerkraut, red cabbage and pretzels, the perfect pairing for an afternoon of German and Austrian wines.
Live music will keep the celebration going from 1–4 PM.
There is no admission fee to attend. Wine and food will be available for purchase throughout the afternoon.
