Band: Rooty Toot Toot -Coming together in 2022, Rooty Toot Toot is made up of members with decades of live performance experience from the Sacramento area’s most popular cover bands. The band covers a song list of the most recognizable songs from the library of John Mellencamp, whose music is often characterized by a rootsy, heartland rock sound that draws from folk, blues, and country influences. Audiences will appreciate the storytelling of his songs that often reflect his Midwestern upbringing and addresses themes of small-town life, social issues, and the struggles of the American working class.
