Celebrate our inaugural harvest party with us!
We're delighted to extend an invitation to you for an exceptional and immersive evening at our winery on Thursday, September 28. Join us on the patio as you savor a complimentary pour of our limited-production sparkling brut nature rosé while gaining insights into the art of harvest.
During the initial part of the evening, we'll guide you through the grape harvesting process and the initial steps of winemaking. Explore various stations, including punch downs, tastings of freshly pressed juice, observing fermenting juice and taking sugar samples.
Following this enlightening experience, we invite you to gather at our communal table and relish a delectable four-course dinner served family-style. This event is a celebration of this year's harvest, and we eagerly anticipate meaningful conversations and shared joy.
On the Menu
Crab cakes, brandy tartar sauce
Fall harvest salad, organic green mix, pickled red onions, honey roasted butternut squash, avocado, Bulgarian feta, red wine vinaigrette
Tequila lime chicken & Australian lamb rack,
roasted Tuscan-style potatoes, baby carrots, fennel, french beans with chickpeas and red onions.
Lemon bar, meringue and fresh berries.
Tickets: $98 (per person) - Includes the "Tour of Harvest," a half glass of sparkling wine, and dinner.
Cash Bar: Wine is available for purchase but not included in the ticket price.
