Food Truck: Nox Barbecue - American BBQ, Asian Heritage. At Nox Barbecue we specialize in live fire cooking using only oak wood. With our Vietnamese and Filipino heritage, we incorporate Asian spices and flavors with American barbecue techniques such as Texas style barbecue. We are inspired to share our perspective on defining Asian American barbecue.
Wine tasting will be available 3:00-4:30pm. Wines by the glass, bottle and wine flights will be available to purchase 3:00-8:00pm.
